We get back to all emails and website chat messages within 24hrs (Monday-Friday). At extremely busy times we may take a little longer. When getting in touch please provide as much detail as possible in your request.

Orders & Payments


We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, & Maestro). We also accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, & Shop Pay.

Sensitive information including any type of payment information is not stored on our servers.

Please contact us as soon as possible as all orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days. We can't guarantee that we can change any incorrect details after 24hrs of the order being placed.

You need to be in touch within 24hrs to cancel an order. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled. Once orders are shipped we cannot make changes to delivery address, or make any product changes.


Yes. We currently ship to over 200 countries worldwide. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship due to covid-19 restrictions. This list of countries is constantly changing and if you place an order from one of those countries we will let you know before your order is processed and a refund will be promptly issued.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of your order being placed.

Your shipment will arrive between 7-14 days after the date of shipment, depending on the current availability of carriers and warehouse stock locations. Our warehouses are located in the United States, Poland, and China

Shipment delays may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection in your country, or if there are transportation delays caused by the carrier service.

COVID-19: Delays may occur due to the current health emergency situation.

Yes, once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking code. If you haven't received a tracking code within 5 days of your order being placed, please get in touch
