Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is covered and part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. The item must be in the same condition as sent and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to be provided upon request. To start a return, please contact us by completing the return request form in our customer help center.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please complete the damaged items form here or the missing items form here

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
