To initiate a return or refund please complete the dedicated returns or exchanges form found in our customer help centre. It is extremely important that this first step is completed before moving forward. After the form has been completed we can organise a replacement or refund (whichever is preferred) as quickly as possible.
Once you have received confirmation of your request, please follow these steps.
1. Box the product up be sure to include all manufacturer packing materials, manuals and accessories.
2. Print of 2 copies of the returns form- print a return slip to go inside the package and one copy for your own records.
3. Send the parcel to the agreed local warehouse- Give the package to your local parcel carrier and have it sent to the agreed warehouse address.
